Sara's Biography

All my life I have been psychic-knowing, hearing and seeing things that others could not. That in itself, is a great gift. However, growing up in a small Texas town was not easy! For example, when I was around 4 or 5 years old, my family's church was preparing to send missionaries to Africa to convert the "heathens". I ran through the sea of people, tugging on their hands and pant legs, begging for their attention, announcing, "You don't have to save anyone, we all have the same God. There is only one God. Remember? You said so." Well, as you can imagine--they did not listen!

As I grew up, I became absolutely positive of one thing--that I was profoundly different than everyone else that I knew. However, the Goddess does provide for her children. I found refuge playing with the "little people"…the wonderful fairies!! Another safe place was the small, working farm of my maternal grandparents, where I spent most of my childhood and where I thrived, with a growing, deep connection with Lady Gaia, Mother Earth!!

In August 1982, while I experienced a Uranus opposition and a "Spiritual Awakening", at long last and to my absolute delight, my first spiritual teachers appeared.  They explained my past and everything that was happening to me--that it was a great gift to know, to hear and see Spirit. That year, my life changed completely. My lifelong search for the "Truth" was revitalized with an infusion of hope and faith that I was not alone--that there were others just like me! So I began again, in earnest and with the tenacity of four planets in Taurus in my natal ninth house, to find my path, my Spiritual work. Ever since, I have been a student and teacher of metaphysics.

In 1993, as Uranus and Neptune joined each other in the heavens three times, I found myself telling anyone who would listen that a "global spiritual awakening" was about to occur and "the Goddess is coming back!" So with many new books in hand, beginning with the 1995 Winter Solstice, I began my initiation cycle of honoring the Goddess throughout the great Wheel of the Year--the Sabbats.

For years I had honored the lunar cycle, with New and Full Moon meditations, however I cannot express how powerful it is to combine the Lunar and Solar cycles, thereby honoring the Goddess and the God. My Spiritual Work, is based on the awakening of the Divine Feminine and bringing balance to the male and female helix--the Sacred Marriage, within and without.

Because of my experience as a child, I must emphatically ask anyone reading this page to help spread the following thoughts. Today's children are more special than many people can imagine. Please do what you can to encourage their families to listen to their children and treat them well--to honor their "highest potential" and not drug them into submission to our world with Ritalin. It is essential to the survival of our planet, and is one of the primary reasons I started Gaia Gang, to give the Indigo Children a place to connect with each other.
