Moon Meditations
New and Full Moons are usually celebrated as the Moon is waxing or building in energy. Occasionally they will be combined with the Wheel of the Year when appropriate, as noted on the monthly schedule.   • NEW MOON MEDITATIONS~TIME TO PLANT NEW SEEDS
  • Please arrive before the ceremony begins and bring the following items:

        • fresh cut flower(s) and a candle (also candleholder, if needed) to acknowledge your blessings
          · pen and two separate pieces of paper for:
          1) releasing blocks and fears
          2) the beloved new seeds!

The New Moon is celebrated indoors. We will build an altar with our candles and flowers to represent our many blessings and thanksgivings. Our lists of blocks and fears are then released into the fire, after contemplating their presence in our lives. This release is followed with another list-our Hopes, Wishes and Goals-the seeds to be planted in the fertile, dark of the Moon. After the circle is opened, you can take them outside and into the Labyrinth! $10 fee. Gate locks at 7:00 pm. Astro*Logical info sheet provided.
FULL MOON MEDITATIONS ~ Celebrate fulfillment & completion!!
We will meet outside (weather permitting) so you will want to bring something to sit upon the ground-so, dress accordingly!…and some wood for the fire would be nice!
Storytellers Steve Ferreira and Theresa McGoff will present a "telling" to open your mind and your consciousness. A lively discussion will follow! $10 fee Gate locks at 7:00 pm. Astro*Logical Info sheet, an herbal drink and cookies provided.
